We have put together some questions that we think you will find helpfull.  If you have a question that is not answered on this page please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • How do we book the villa?

If you would like to book the villa please complete the online booking process on our website.

  • Is the villa that we book the one we get when we arrive?

Yes the villa that you book with us is the one that you will get when you arrive.  We do not offer allocation on arrival. 

  • What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is anytime after 4pm and check out time is anytime before 10am. 

  • How do we get the keys to our villa?

One week prior to your arrival we will email you your confirmed travel details including a 4 digit pin number for the lock box or electronic key pad on the front door.  The key will be inside this lock box.

  • What if we have a problem when we arrive?

We seldome come across this situation as all of our homes are checked before you arrive.  In the unlikely event that you do have a problem you can call us on 407.414.3078

  • Do we need to bring towels or linens?

All of the homes come equipped with towels and linens so you do not need to bring these.

  • Where can we wash clothes?

Every villa has a washer, dryer, iron board and iron

  • Is the villa cleaned daily?

No, the Villa will only be cleaned for your arrival and then cleaned the day that you depart.  This is a self catering villa so you will be expected to clean it yourself.  There will be a starter roll of toilet paper and soap when you arrive however you will be asked to buy some if you need more.  We do offer midstay cleans at an extra cost.

  • Can we cook in the villa?

Yes we have full kitchen facilities and have stocked the kitchen with many items.....its a bit like home from home really!

  • What if we lose the key?

For security reasons we ask all guests to make sure that they leave the key in the lock box when going out for the day....it is safer there than in your pocket! If you lose the key you will be charged for a new key and maybe a locksmith call out.

  • How far are the villas from the Clubhouse?

All of the villas are within walking distance to the clubhouse and childrens playground.

  • Can we bring our pets with us?

We do not allow pets into our villa as we try to maintain an allergy free environment

  • Can we smoke in the villas?

The villas are a smoke free environment.  We kindly ask all guests not to smoke in the homes.  If you need to smoke please do so out on the lania.

  • Is there a fence round the pool for small chidren?

All of the homes in Windsor hills have child safety gates arounc the pool area.

  • When the pool is heated what temprature will it be?

The pool will be heated to approx 85degrees.  The pools will be colder in the mornings and it will also depend on the outside air temprature.

  • Is there wireless internet in the villas?

Not all homes have the facility, please check the information on the home that you are booking.

  • When would you recommend pool heat?

We would recommend pool heat from October to April.

  • Is there shops and restuarants nearby?

Yes, there is a grocery store, a drug store and many restaurants including Outback Steak House and Carabas Italian grill less than 2 miles from all of our properties.

  • Is there transportation to the parks?

Windsor hills concierge and clubhouse offer this service for a fee of between $10 and $20 per person return depending on where you are going to.
